How long does it take to receive my item(s)?
Order are shipped within 2-3 business days. The amount of time it will take to receive your order will be determined by which shipping method you choose.
What shipping carrier you use and how is the rate determined?
We use the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE ("USPS") to deliver our products. This is the least expensive method for our customers to receive their wonderful tee(s). After you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order via e-mail. When the tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
You will receive an e-mail or text message when your order has shipped, and you will be able to view and follow the “travel status” of your order, knowing exactly when to expect its delivery.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $49 (via US orders only).
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your product(s), and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Absolutely, we can ship to a PO Box via the USPS only.
Do you ship to other countries other than the US?
Yes! All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service only (USPS). You will have to pay for the Shipping Fee to your Country.
You will be able to see which countries we currently ship to when you reach the page to process your "Billing Information".
If you do not see your country on the list, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org (with your country's name) and we will check with the USPS to see if we can "add your country" to our list of "international countries" we currently ship to.
Note: We do not offer free shipping on international orders.
What is the refund policy?
Your item must be in its original “unworn & unwashed” condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Original paperwork including receipt, purchase order information and original method of payment will be required to receive a refund.
Merchandise that has been worn, wash, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
You must return the item within 14 days of your delivery date and you will be refunded FULL PRICE via the original method of payment. **Shipping is not refunded.**
